Delete your Neuronix account

You can delete your account and the data tied to it at any time.

In the app

Open Neuronix and go to Profile → Privacy & data → Delete account. Your account is deleted right away.

Without the app

Email hello@neuronix.one with the subject “Delete my Neuronix account” from the email address you signed in with. If you signed in with Apple, Google or a phone number, tell us which one and we will confirm it is you before deleting anything.

What is deleted

Your account, sign-in identities and subscription records are deleted from our servers within 30 days. Sign-in sessions end immediately. Analytics events and crash reports that are not linked to your account expire on their own schedule, described in our Privacy Policy.

Your subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings. Apple and Google keep their own purchase records under their policies.
