Neuronix Terms of Use
Effective date: October 16, 2026
These Terms are an agreement between you and Andrei Povaliaev, 1220 SW 22nd Terrace, Miami, FL 33145, United States (“Neuronix”, “we”, “us”). By downloading or using the Neuronix app you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Who can use Neuronix
You must be at least 16 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you confirm that a parent or guardian has agreed to these Terms.
2. What Neuronix is
Neuronix offers audio programs (neuroacoustic sound, tones, noise and nature recordings), a live audio stream and related features to help you relax, sleep, focus and feel well. Some content is free; other content requires a paid subscription.
3. Your account
We create an account for you automatically when you first open the app. You may sign in with Apple, Google or email so you can use your account on other devices. Keep access to your sign-in method secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Privacy & data → Delete account.
4. Not medical advice — please read
Neuronix is a wellness product. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. Program names and descriptions (for example, programs named after parts of the body or common complaints) describe the intended mood or focus of a program, not a medical effect. Results vary from person to person, and we do not promise any particular result.
Always seek the advice of a doctor or other qualified health professional about any medical condition, and never disregard or delay professional advice because of something in the app. Do not stop or change any treatment because of Neuronix.
Talk to a doctor before using Neuronix if you have epilepsy or a history of seizures, a heart condition or pacemaker, a psychiatric condition, hearing problems, or if you are pregnant.
Safety: do not listen while driving, cycling, operating machinery or doing anything that needs your full attention. Some programs are designed to make you drowsy. Keep the volume at a comfortable, safe level, especially with headphones and when falling asleep. Stop listening if you feel unwell.
5. Subscriptions and free trials
Plans. Neuronix Premium unlocks the full library. NeuroMatrix is an optional add-on available on top of Premium, or as a combined plan. Current prices are shown in the app before you buy and may differ by country and store.
Billing through Apple or Google. Purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are charged to your store account. Their terms also apply to your purchase.
Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period (monthly or yearly) at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your store account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
Free trials. If a plan includes a free trial, you will be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription. If you ask for it, we remind you before the trial ends.
Cancelling. You can cancel at any time in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription. After cancelling, you keep access until the end of the paid period.
Refunds. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies; we cannot issue refunds for store purchases ourselves. Nothing in these Terms limits any refund rights you have under consumer law.
Price changes. If we change the price of your subscription, we will tell you in advance as required by Apple, Google and the law. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the new price applies.
6. Your licence to use the content
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app and stream its content for your own non-commercial use, on devices you own or control, while you comply with these Terms and, for paid content, while your subscription is active.
You must not: copy, download (other than through features we provide), record, redistribute, publicly perform, broadcast or sell any content; remove or bypass access restrictions, signed links or subscription checks; reverse engineer the app except as permitted by law; use bots or scripts to access the service; or use the service in a way that harms it or other users.
All content, trademarks and software in the app belong to us or our licensors.
7. Third-party services
The app relies on services from Apple, Google and others. Their terms and privacy policies govern your use of their services. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
8. Changes to the app
We may add, change or remove programs and features, for example to improve the service or for legal or technical reasons. If we remove a significant part of what you paid for during a paid period, we will tell you and you may cancel.
9. Ending these Terms
You can stop using Neuronix and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, or if we must for legal reasons. Where reasonable, we will tell you first. If we end the service as a whole, we will give you reasonable notice.
10. Feedback
If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without any obligation to you.
11. Disclaimers
To the extent the law allows, the app and content are provided “as is” and “as available”, and we do not promise that they will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose, or that they will produce any particular health or wellbeing result.
Consumer guarantees. If you are a consumer, you have statutory rights that these Terms do not take away, including under the Australian Consumer Law, the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, and Canadian provincial consumer protection laws. Where those laws apply, our liability is limited only as far as they allow.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, and our total liability to you for any claim relating to the app is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid for Neuronix in the 12 months before the claim and (b) USD 50 (or the equivalent in your currency).
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
13. Apple App Store terms
If you downloaded Neuronix from the Apple App Store: these Terms are between you and us, not Apple; Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app; if the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any), and Apple has no other warranty obligation; Apple is not responsible for any product, intellectual property or other claims relating to the app; you confirm you are not in a country subject to US embargo or on a US prohibited-party list; and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts where you live. Before filing a claim, please contact us at hello@neuronix.one so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If the changes are significant, we will tell you in the app before they take effect. If you keep using Neuronix after that, the new Terms apply; if you do not agree, you can cancel your subscription and stop using the app.
